Review
This series was great so far, but this book was not my favorite and for me it was mostly the fact I missed some changeling mojo. The couple was a bit too frost for my taste and I wanted to love more because Dev was such a great guy.
Katya was such a strong girl but in this book she lost her appeal to me and became a bit boring, but I liked the fact she fought all the way to retrieve her memories and tried to make the right thing. I just didn’t connect with her.
Dev was smart enough not to trust her without some precautions. I liked that about him, but he just left some sense along the book and followed her like a puppy to points deserted. Not my favorite action.
I liked the final. It was surprising and very different, plus the changelings are back. Just wish Councilor Ming was death already.
